Nomenology (poetics of paratext), problems of artistic space-time, intermediality; receptive poetics; the literary underground of the 70s of the 20th century, French studies (in particular, the poetry of I. Franko), the work of Valery Shevchuk, Hryhoriy Chubai, Oleg Lyshega, Kostyantyn Moskalets; modern literary criticism.

Biography

Maryana Cheletska was born on July 30, 1979 in Lviv. In 2001, she graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and obtained the qualification «Specialist. Teacher of Ukrainian language and literature». In 2002, she completed her master’s degree at the Ivan Franko Lviv National University, and in 2004, she completed her postgraduate studies at the Lviv branch of the Institute of Literature named after T. G. Shevchenko, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. From 2004 to 2017, she worked in various positions at the Lviv branch of the Institute of Literature named after T. G. Shevchenko, renamed in 2012 to the Ivan Franko Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine: in particular, from June 2009 to June 2015 – in the position of academic secretary.

In October 2006, at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic «Poetics of the title complex in Ivan Franko’s lyrics» (10.01.01 – Ukrainian literature). In 2012, he was awarded the academic title of senior researcher.

In 2007 – 2010, she worked part-time as senior lecturer at the Lviv branch of the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. He has been teaching at Lviv University since 2013. Since 2017, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Literary Theory and Comparative Studies as his main job.
